Our 2010-2011 academic school year will begin sessions on Monday, August 30st and will end June 10th, completing a 41-week school year. Our 10-week summer camp program follows our academic programming with no lapse in time for the working parent. Priority into our programs is given first to currently enrolled students followed by students with previously enrolled siblings. These families are termed our “In-House” families. Following their enrollment, we then open our registration to the general public which we term our “Out-of-House” families.
Pre-Registration
We accept pre-registration forms at any time for an upcoming school year. Pre-registration forms are kept on file and become part of our mailing list for our formal registration process. A pre-registration form guarantees an invitation to our Open House and first round registration as an “Out-of-House” family.

Formal registration into our programs takes place during the last week of January for the upcoming school year. In January, we host an Open House and invite all interested families to tour our school, meet our teachers and ask any specific questions they may have. At our Open House, registration forms are accepted and placement letters are sent out within a week.

Post Open House Registration
After our Open House, we continue to accept registration forms until our programs are full. Below is a list of our current openings. If you are interested in registering for an available program, a registration form may be downloaded from this site and sent to ELCM. Placement notification will be sent back within a week. Tuition Policy
Tuition is a set fee for the 41-week academic year, and is divided into 10 equal payments. The first tuition payment is due June 1st. This payment confirms your commitment to ELCM for the 2010-2011 school year. The second tuition payment is due September 1st and the remaining eight payments are due the first of each month thereafter. We offer limited scholarship opportunities for all academic programs. We reserve these scholarships for families with unique situations and ask that requests for a scholarship be submitted in writing.
Summer Camp Registration
Registration for our “Summer’s Cool” program is independent of academic programming. Summer camp registration forms are available to all currently enrolled students as well as incoming students for the 2009-2010 school year. Summer camp forms are due back to us by April 1st so we can set our staffing and themes for our “Summer’s Cool” program.
