Summer's Ending it's the First Day of School

The beginning of school always marks the end of another summer and the beginning of a wonderful school year. The kids were excited to see familiar faces, make new friends and experience a new classroom. We are so excited to be kicking off a new year with such a great group of children.

Kindergarten Camp

It’s not just the students who attend camp in the summer. Deb Winslow and Carol Lydon are attending Kindergarten Camp for teachers this week. It will be so exciting to hear what they learned about in the fall so GET READY Kindergarten!

Coming together

We had a great year with the kids at school. Everyone played together, learned together and became friends. With ELCM’s philosophy of a Lifelong Love of Learning it goes without saying that the children have a lifelong bond of learning at ELCM together. We love when we have “Alumni” from years past stop by and share their stories. We were so excited when so many of the ELCM former students were listed as honor students in high school.

We take great pride in making learning fun and bringing kids together to learn with one another.

We are looking forward to a busy fall that is approaching all too quickly.

The kids love being outside, splashing, playing sliding and seeing how many kids can fit in the pool. I think we may have set a record today!

Loving the water slide at summer camp

The kids are loving the water slide at Summer Camp. Two weeks of ocean fun. Everyone is exhausted at the end of the day, that’s for sure!

Eager to share what they have learned about Days of the Week

Friends will be friends forever.

The Pre-K class has had a blast this year learning and sharing with one another. They are excited to be kindergartners next year and we’re excited so many of them will return in the fall.

All the kids are excited to have summer almost here. The morning transition time allows for brainstorming by the Pre-K boys. They were excited to share what they were building.

Who ARE the teachers?

ELCM welcomed the Milford High School Chorus to perform for the children. The chorus performed all kinds of songs from their portfolio. From “Putting on the Ritz” to “Spongebob”, it was wonderful to have them share their talents with the children. Many of the chorus will be performing in the upcoming Wizard of Oz play put on by the Riverbend Theater Company at the Souhegan Valley Boys and Girls Club this month. Be sure to check them out.
